INTRODUCING... Nowt daft. The new kid on the block at Bean & Dunne Coffee
This coffee is from a single farm in Colombia. It boasts a beautiful sweetness and light acidity which makes this a great all rounder and lighter espresso option than the Git Gaan. Expect flavour notes of caramel, cacao nib, apricot and manderin.
Luz Helena owns an 8-hectare farm in Armenia Quindio where she focuses on producing high grade speciality coffee. Luz is the mother of Cofinet's cofounders and has been surrounded by coffee all her life. At Cofinet's processing centre, La Pradera, this coffee undergo meticulous quality control and a 30-hour underwater fermentation.
